- Reduces reliance on fossil fuels, avoiding greenhouse gas emissions (estimated to offset nearly 55,825 tons of CO2 per year -- equivalent to taking over 12,136 average cars off the road)

- Utilizes PV panels arrayed in fields on tracking structures that follow the sun throughout the day to optimize power production
