Coeymans Solar Farm Pre-Construction Notice March 2021

This notice announces that, on or about March 19, 2021, Hecate Energy Albany 1 LLC and Hecate Energy Albany 2 LLC (“Hecate Albany”) will begin tree clearing to prepare for the commencement of construction of the 40-megawatt solar electric generation facility located in the Town of Coeymans, Albany County, New York (the “Facility”). The commencement of tree clearing activities on or about March 19, 2021 is dependent on receiving the required approval on March 18, 2021

Coeymans Solar Farm Pre-Construction Notice April 2022

This notice announces that, on or about May 6, 2022 Hecate Energy Albany 1 LLC and Hecate Energy Albany 2 LLC (“Hecate Albany”) will begin to prepare for the commencement of construction phase for the 40-megawatt solar electric generation facility known as Coeymans Solar Farm located in the Town of Coeymans, Albany County, New York (the “Facility”). The commencement of construction activities on May 6, 2022 is dependent on receiving the required approval from the NYS Public Service Commission on April 14th, 2022.
